The specialist division of RJ Barwick & Sons Ltd has been set up to ‘partner’ organisations within the affordable housing sector, principally Housing Associations and Local Authorities (and their consultants) within Kent, Sussex and South East London.

The construction work is undertaken by Barwick Construction whilst Barwick Housing remain the ‘lead contact’ from initial enquiry to end of defects period. This ensures that all sustainability, environmental and design standards are achieved, and that our customer has a single point of contact throughout the whole contractual process.

Barwick Construction and Barwick Housing, along with SEEDA and Hyde Housing Association, have established the Brownfield Land Assembly Company (BLAC). BLAC aims to tackle the serious shortage of affordable housing in the South East.
